Law Firm Overview

We are a small law firm dedicated to meeting the legal and financial needs of our clients who are making difficult and often painful decisions for themselves and their families. Our practice centers around exploring all legal options involved with divorce, child support, parenting time, paternity matters, property distribution, spousal maintenance, modifications to existing orders and agreements, and much more. To facilitate our clients’ needs in moving forward with their lives, we provide help with simple wills, power of attorneys and health care declarations.

We are also registered mediators with the State of Indiana and mediate a variety of family, civil and special education disputes.  Mediation is a helpful alternative to litigation and can empower individuals to make creative and satisfying decisions about their future.  

We offer one-hour free consultation for prospective clients whose matters are in the Hamilton County Courts.  Please note, we cannot offer legal advice at this consultation due to the ethical considerations of attorney client privilege.  We look forward to meeting you!

The law partners of Parker & Maguire Law Firm, PC are Trenna Parker and Eileen Maguire, who were sole practitioners prior to forming their firm in January 2010.
