Before graduating from law school in 1981, I began working in the legal department of General Motors, handling debtor bankruptcy matters. Shortly after, I continued my career at a Cincinnati law firm, where the senior attorneys believed in the importance of protecting the rights of individuals paralyzed by financial crisis and argued to protect those rights in front of the Supreme Court of the United States. Shortly after, I began my own practice, dedicated to offering client-oriented service to individuals in Cincinnati, Ohio and the surrounding rural areas.

As an experienced Ohio bankruptcy attorney, I am concerned about the welfare of individuals throughout the southwestern region, and dedicate my time to maintaining my expertise in bankruptcy law by remaining active in the Ohio Bar Association, keeping abreast of continual changes in the law, and maintaining the respect of the bench and bar.
