He has extensive experience in the defense of individuals placed in immigration removal proceedings. Mr. Shekib has argued cases before both the Arlington and Baltimore Immigration Courts involving, among others, asylum, adjustment of status (family and employment), and withholding of removal. In addition, Mr. Shekib has experience with representation of individuals and corporate clientele at the Virginia State courthouses in civil, criminal, traffic, and family law matters.
