Welcome to the law office of Thomas E. Coombes located in Santa Rosa, California.

My practice is focused on two main areas of the law - Estate Planning & Administration, and Family Law.

Within estate planning, I strive to help individuals and couples preserve their estate through effective use of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Advanced Health Care Directives. My approach to estate planning includes spending time with clients to help them understand their estate and to guide them through the process.

Within Family Law, I feel most clients are best served by utilizing processes focused on settlement. This is why I limit my practice to mediation and collaborative divorce, where clients can stay out of the courtroom and maintain better control of outcomes and agreements.
