Law Firm Overview

Robert Crick's practice focuses on construction law, both public and private, as well as government contracts law. His practice includes negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation at local, state and federal levels. Rob's unique blend of experience in the construction industry and in government contracting, his education, and his association with one of the Pacific Northwest's preeminent construction and government law practice groups allows him to offer superior services to construction companies and government contractors.

A Principal with the firm, Rob joined Winston & Cashatt in 1994. From 1994 to his becoming an attorney in 1996, Rob was a Construction Specialist involved in claims evaluation, verification of cost estimates and quantification of damages for Winston & Cashatt clients. Prior to this, beginning in 1969, he performed project estimating, site supervision and construction management duties for major Northwest construction contractors.

Rob has lectured extensively for the Inland Northwest Chapter of the Associated General Contractors and serves as the chapter's General Counsel. He is also an adjunct professor at Washington State University where he teaches business law to Masters Degree Candidates.
