Kaye Willi is both an attorney and a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.). She is a graduate of Duke Law School where she served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal . She is also a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami University, cum laude, and earned her master’s degree in economics at The Ohio State University. Before opening her law practice, Kaye was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. Prior to that, she was a senior tax consultant in the Washington, D.C. office of Deloitte and Touche, an international consulting firm. Kaye is a member of the Worthington Estate Planning Council and the Ohio State Bar Association Estate Planning, Trust, and Probate Law Section, which ensures that the latest techniques are always available to her clients. Kaye also serves as the Legal and Financial Editor for Senior Source Magazine . Because she focuses her practice in the areas of probate, tax, and estate planning, Kaye is able to stay current with the most recent legal changes and developments and is able to offer her clients the most cutting-edge research and analysis available. She studies updates on developments in this area and looks forward to researching new client issues as they arise.
