Law Firm Overview
Attorney Sean C. Chapman earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College of Law in Tucson, Arizona in 1988. He was admitted to the Arizona bar that same year and is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals 9th Circuit.
Mr. Chapman was a federal prosecutor for seven years and won several awards while working in that position as Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Arizona. Mr. Chapman has an intimate understanding of the federal system and its method of prosecuting cases. He understands how prosecutors make decisions about charging, plea bargains, sentencing and other factors. Perhaps most important, he understands how to put this knowledge to work in favor of his clients' defense.
