Doug Elliott was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 1962. He graduated from Tulsa Edison High School, and moved to Norman, Oklahoma to complete his Bachelors of Business Administration, Finance, undergraduate degree. Following five years in the commercial real estate business, Doug decided to attend the University Of Tulsa School Of Law, graduating with honors in the fall of 1992. For the last fifteen years, he has practiced in the areas of personal injury and wrongful death, insurance disputes, products liability, nursing home negligence, and litigation. He has represented clients throughout the entire state of Oklahoma, in both Federal and State District Courts. He has successfully recovered upon personal injury and property damage insurance claims for more than two thousand clients over the past fifteen years and counting. He has litigated personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, bad faith insurance claims, uninsured motorist insurance claims and product liability claims, some settling before trial, with some going to successful jury verdicts.

Mr. Elliott is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Eastern District, U.S. District Court, Western District, and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Oklahoma. He is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma State District Courts. He holds memberships with the Oklahoma Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, American Trial Lawyers Association, Phi Delta Phi Legal Fraternity, and Sigma Chi Fraternity, Beta Kappa Chapter.
