Michael E. Cindrich is a highly respected criminal defense attorney in San Diego. Focusing on felony and misdemeanor DUI and Drug Offenses in Southern California, he has dedicated his law practice to aggressively defending those accused of violating criminal statutes. After Mr. Cindrich graduated from the University Of San Diego School Of Law and gained admission to the California State Bar, he immediately went to work as a Prosecutor for the San Diego District Attorney's Office. Having gained valuable trial experience and extensive knowledge of the San Diego Courts, he decided to pursue his true passion of becoming a defense attorney and went into private practice.

As an attorney, Mr. Cindrich has extensive experience handling a variety of criminal cases. From serious felonies such as robbery, burglary, assault with a deadly weapon, and DUI with injury, to misdemeanor offenses such as DUI, drugs, drunk in public, and petty theft, Mr. Cindrich will work diligently to insure that you are treated fairly under the laws.
