Kristin Erenburg's practice focuses on the representation of management in all types of labor and employment matters. She has defended and counseled public and private sector employers of all sizes in cases arising under a variety of state and federal laws, including Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, and whistleblower laws. She also has represented and counseled management in public and private sector labor matters, including contract negotiations, contract administration, labor arbitrations, and administrative proceedings.

Kristin has been appointed to serve as a magistrate for the city of North Olmsted's Juvenile Diversion Program. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association (Labor and Employment Section) and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
