Law Firm Overview

PHILOSOPHY

From its inception, Feldman Gale, P.A. has been guided by a single goal: to provide effective and innovative legal solutions for its clients.

The first step in reaching this goal is learning what is important to our clients. In most business disputes, the emphasis is on "Business," and our clients often define success in terms of competitive advantage, employee relations, shareholder concerns, and the cost of representations much as they do in terms of courtroom victories. With every engagement, we strive to understand exactly what is at stake, to determine our client's priorities, and to adjust our strategy and fee structure accordingly. In keeping with this approach, we do not litigate by formula, nor do we confine ourselves to traditional notions of winning and losing. Experience has shown that adversarial situations often hold the potential for forging new alliances or gaining other valuable advantages for our clients. We will not hesitate to recommend and pursue alternatives to litigation when doing so best serves our clients' interests.

At the same time, we are seasoned trial lawyers and will aggressively prosecute or defend actions through verdict, judgment and subsequent appeal when that alternative bests suits our clients' objectives. Feldman Gale attorneys have litigated well over one hundred jury and bench trials and make regular appearances in state and federal courts throughout the country. The sophistication of our practice is at a level usually found only in much larger law firms. We have represented clients in nationwide class actions, multi-district litigation, complex and highly technical commercial disputes, as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings and in such specialized forums as the Court of International Trade and the United States Patent and Trademark office. We have also established close working relationships with law firms throughout the nation and abroad, and will not hesitate to recommend the engagement of specialist, co-counsel or local counsel arrangements, when doing so is to our clients' benefit.

We hope you find the information in this Website helpful and informative. As much as we believe in the importance of fully understanding our clients and their unique concerns and objective, we believe it is equally important that our clients know and understand our firm, the strengths of our practice and the capabilities we offer.
