Jonathan H. Van Ee is an experienced litigation attorney who has practiced with major national and international law firms of Wilson, Sonsini, Goodrich & Rosati PC, Dewey & LeBoeuf, LLP, and Ropers, Majeski, Kohn & Bentley, LLP. He received his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, and is a recipient of the Wall Street Journal Award for Academic Achievement. He is a member of the American Health Lawyers Association, the California and New York Bar Associations, and of American Mensa, Ltd. He is fluent in Spanish and conversant in French.

Mr. Van Ee has worked on a variety of complex commercial litigation matters involving contract, trade secret, warranty, product liability and unfair business practices issues. He also has extensive arbitration experience, having worked on arbitrations in California and New York, clerked for the Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris, written a law review article on South American arbitration, and served as a Senior Editor of the American Review of International Arbitration while in law school.

Jonathan Van Ee has been involved in all aspects of litigation, including pre-suit dispute resolution, filing pleadings and challenging complaints with demurrers, discovery, motions for summary judgment and summary adjudication, mediation, trial and appeal. His experience also includes negotiating and resolving critical intellectual property issues in financings of high technology startup companies in Silicon Valley, facilitating the regulatory approval of the demutualization of a Fortune 50 company in New Jersey, and preparing contracts relating to the privatization of seaports in Mexico.
