Lawyer Overview

François-Régis Fabre-Falret is involved in various aspects of real estate law and in real estate investments. His practice is concentrated in real estate assets and property companies. He has significant experience in real estate development projects such as forward sale agreements and development contracts, acting for both investors and developers and tenants.

François-Régis works primarily on investments made by international real estate funds such as UBS KAG Funds, Tishman Speyer Properties, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, and Bank of Ireland. He also represents French developers such as Sodearif and Constructa. Prior to joining Jones Day in September 2004, he was an associate in the real estate group of a British law firm in Paris.
