Lawyer Overview

Ignacio has experience in real estate development and investment, and his practice includes providing legal advice to developers and investors on acquisition and development in major city centres and out of town retail and shopping centres, with emphasis on sale of assets and companies, including forward purchase agreements and leaseback transactions. He has acted for major retailers in their store acquisitions and expansion plans and has also advised on prelet agreements and lettings to a number of well-known retail tenants. He also has broad experience in advising on general landlord and tenant matters as well as on condominium property.

Before joining Jones Day in October 2007, Ignacio worked for Nergosa Real Estate, Ramón & Cajal Law Office and IBM.
