Law Firm Overview

We provide top level representation. Warren Sams, the Managing Partner, is a graduate of Yale University and the University of Virginia School of Law. He clerked for a federal judge before beginning private practice in Atlanta in 1990. Warren has also been named a Super Lawyer since 2009 by Super Lawyer Magazine and has earned Martindale-Hubbell's highest peer review rating (A/V) for ten years. In 2011, Warren was selected by The National Trial Lawyers as one of the Top 100 Trial Lawyers. In 2001 he won the largest wrongful death verdict in Gwinnett County history that has not been overturned on appeal.
