Lawyer Overview

Adelio has worked in the employment law and employee benefits areas for more than 17 years. He represents national and international companies in the employment and benefit aspects of restructuring and reorganisation, particularly in the IT, publishing, fashion, and retail sectors. Adelio is also very experienced with collective bargaining agreements, from company to national, and has led negotiations with trade unions across a broad range of industry sectors.

In addition, Adelio has notable experience in labor law and employee benefits-related litigation before employment courts throughout Italy as well as in advising on employment and benefit matters and conducting union consultation procedures in the context of M&A transactions. He also regularly advises receivers on employment law matters in court and out of court.

He is a member of the AGI (Associazione Giuslavoristi Italiani). He is fluent in English and Italian.
