Rachel Gezerseh focuses her practice on product liability cases. Her litigation experience includes case management, response and challenges to complaints, discovery, and drafting pretrial pleadings and motions. Rachel assists with monitoring several individual product liability actions pending in federal and state courts across the country. She is currently a member of the legal team defending Yamaha in Yamaha Rhino product liability litigation nationwide.

Rachel is very active in pro bono matters and serves on the Pro Bono Committee for the Jones Day Los Angeles Office. She recently was one of several lawyers who first chaired and won two domestic violence mini-trials on behalf of clients referred by the Los Angeles Center for Law and Justice. She also represents pro bono clients referred by Public Counsel who are victims of mortgage and real estate fraud.
