Lawyer Overview

Jean's primary practice includes client counseling on environmental compliance requirements, support of environmental enforcement defense, and environmental due diligence in support of business transactions. Jean has assisted clients responding to agency requests for information and notices of violation issued under the Clean Air Act and other environmental statutes. She has advised clients on a wide variety of environmental matters, ranging from community right-to-know obligations to plant decommissioning. Jean also has advised clients in the aviation industry regarding compliance with domestic and international aviation standards. She maintains a litigation practice as well, which has included appellate brief submissions to the Third Circuit and to the United States Supreme Court.

Jean is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association.
