Lawyer Overview

Alexandra's practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment.

Alexandra began her practice in 2003 while working in the Paris offices of French law firms, where she specialized in the full range of proceedings for corporate criminal matters and commercial litigation. She also conducted internal investigations and compliance reviews for corporate clients.

In 2005, Alexandra joined a French law firm's office in Shanghai, where she focused on foreign direct investment, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, international transactions, and business restructurings and reorganizations.

Alexandra has advised and represented multinational clients in a wide variety of industries, including advertising, chemicals, and wholesale and retail distribution.

In addition to her legal practice, Alexandra taught civil and criminal law (focusing on white-collar crimes) at the University of Toulouse I in France. She continues to lecture on topics related to foreign direct investment at Shanghai Normal University.

A native speaker of French, Alexandra also speaks English and Spanish.
