Davina's practice is focused primarily in the area of class action and mass tort litigation. She has worked on a number of prominent cases involving pharmaceutical or medical devices. Additionally, her litigation experience includes work in the area of insurance law pertaining to coverage and regulatory issues.

Davina is coauthor of "FDA Under Fire: Summaries of the Recent Criticisms," Trends, January 2007, at 4 (with James A. O'Neal) and "Chapter 11 - Fire & Property Insurance," Minnesota Insurance Law Deskbook Update, May 2007 (with Diana Young Morrissey). She also spoke on "Minnesota Homeowners and the Scope of Coverage Typically Provided by Fire and Property Insurance Policies" at a recent CLE presentation.
