Lawyer Overview

Michele has specialized in employment law since 2000. He handles all aspects of employment law, both contentious and noncontentious.

Prior to joining Jones Day, Michele worked at two leading Italian labour law firms. He has considerable experience dealing with the specific procedural issues of employment tribunals and competent courts. Michele regularly advises on transfers of undertakings, collective redundancies, restructurings relating to mergers and acquisitions, employment contracts, senior executive contracts and terminations, and restrictive covenants.

Michele is a member of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI) and regularly lectures at conferences, seminars, and workshops on employment law matters. He is also a regular contributor to law journals on employment law issues.
