Lawyer Overview

Stefanie C. Gagliardi is an associate in the law firm of Iandoli & Edens, LLC. While studying for her law degree at Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, Ms. Gagliardi interned at the Juvenile Delinquency Unit in Westbury, New York.  She also served as a clinical intern at the Touro Housing Rights Project and as an assistant summer law clerk to the Honorable Ralph P. Franco in Nassau County, New York State Supreme Court.  Thereafter, she worked in private practice drafting wills and trusts.
 
Upon graduation, she worked as an associate in the private sector where she focused her practice in family law. Ms. Gagliardi takes an active role at informing her clients about current New Jersey law.  She authored numerous blog entries varying from general to specific areas of New Jersey family law with the objective that every person with a family crisis should be well informed.

Ms. Gagliardi is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the New Jersey District Court Bar. She is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association's Family Law Section and the Morris County Bar Association.
