The Law Offices of BERESKY & FISH, P.C. is Justin Beresky and Geoffrey H. Fish.  Their practice focuses 100% on the criminal defense of individuals charged with crimes in city, county, state and federal court.  Their practice involves litigation, negotiation, and jury trials on behalf of their clients.  They are both excellent, highly trained trial lawyers who have had success in city, county, state and federal.  Justin Beresky and Geoffrey H. Fish have each been lead counsel in dozens of jury trials including multiple homicide trials, multi-codefendant drug conspiracy trials, and every type of violent crime.

Justin Beresky is a graduate of the University of Idaho, College of Law in Moscow, Idaho.  Since his graduation from law school, Mr. Beresky has practiced almost exclusively in the criminal field.  In 1999 Mr. Beresky began his career as a trial lawyer at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office as a prosecutor.  At that office, Mr. Beresky received excellent training from some of the best prosecutors in the country, and he obtained invaluable experience litigating every type of major felony offense from a prosecutor's perspective.

Geoffrey H. Fish graduated from Wittier College of Law in Los Angeles, California.  After law school Mr. Fish began his career in Las Vergas, Nevada where he practiced in general civil litigation, family law as well as criminal law.  Upon returning to Arizona, Mr. Fish also went to work as a prosecutor at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office in downtown Phoenix where he too received excellent training.

In 2001 Justin and Geoffrey decided to form BERESKY & FISH, P.C. and focus on representing the criminally charged.  Since becoming defense attorneys their polished trial skills and professional demeanor have earned them the respect and admiration of clients, peers, competitors and judges throughout Maricopa County.
