Lawyer Overview

Lou is an associate in McLane's Tax Department and concentrates his practice in the areas of sophisticated Tax Planning & Strategies, Business Transactions and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has expertise in the motor vehicle industry representing automobile dealerships in transactional, governance, business, finance and franchise matters. Lou works closely with the Corporate Department in utilizing his experience in business tax planning, executive compensation, retirement plans and transactional matters. Lou joined the firm in 2007. Prior to joining McLane, Lou was an attorney in the Corporate Department of the Manchester law firm Wiggin & Nourie, P.A. and held the position of Assistant General Counsel for the Boston Housing Authority Legal Department.
