Lawyer Overview

Aaron is a member of the firm's corporate department. He became an associate for the firm in September, 2007. Aaron's experience prior to McLane, includes four years as a stock broker. He obtained his Series 7, Series 63, and Series 4 licenses and was qualified to trade stocks, options, bonds and mutual funds. He specialized in risk management and was considered an expert in market mechanics, margin regulation, and trading requirements for stock and options. Aaron's previous experience continues to play an integral role in the Corporate Department as he assists business clients in a wide variety of corporate law matters. More specifically his practice includes drafting and updating employee benefit agreements, including reviews to ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements.
