Andrea Cesana has significant experience in M&A, reorganizations, and restructurings of private and public companies, together with equity capital markets transactions, solicitation of investors in connection with IPOs and OPAs, and other transactions involving listed companies.
Andrea has advised Italian and foreign investors as well as investment banks for more than a decade with acquisitions, divestments, and significant cross-border transactions.
He also has substantial experience in the energy sector, in particular the development of onshore and offshore LNG regasification terminal projects. He has advised major Italian LNG operators in the development of corporate strategy and governance arrangements together with terminal use manuals and throughput agreements.
Andrea collaborates with the economics faculty of the University of Bergamo Department of Law on the publication of articles relating to a variety of legal issues.
