Lawyer Overview

Kristin is an associate in the Firm's Corporate Practice Group.  She received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University in 2003, and is a 2007 magna cum laude graduate from Michigan State University College of Law where she was a member of the Business Law Society and the Journal of Business and Securities Law.  She also studied at the Institut De Touraine in Tours, France.  Kristin previously served as an intern for the Honorable Bill Schuette in the Michigan Court of Appeals and as a clinician for the Michigan State University Small Business and Nonprofit Law Clinic.
