Lawyer Overview
Lei practices in the area of capital markets, focusing on securities offerings. Lei interned with Jones Day in the summer of 2006 and during this time was involved in matters related to security issuance, foreign investments in China, and U.S.-China patent litigation. Prior to joining the Firm, Lei worked in the U.S. as a financial analyst for a member company of the investment banking group in one of the largest banks in the world. She also worked for six years as a system analyst and software developer for a leading global information-based solution provider and a prominent mutual fund company in the U.S.
Lei is a member of the American Bar Association. She passed the New York State bar exam in July 2007, and her membership application to the bar is currently in process.
