Mr. Stebbins graduated from West Virginia University with a BS degree in Psychology in 1991. He then attended West Virginia University College of Law, graduating in 1994. During law school, Mr. Stebbins was an editor of the West Virginia Law Review and published an article in the field of insurance law. Upon graduation, Mr. Stebbins was honored with membership in the Order of the Coif, awarded to the top 10% at graduation. Since graduation, Mr. Stebbins has been admitted to the West Virginia State Bar and is also licensed to practice in the United States District Courts for both the Northern and Southern District of West Virginia.
Mr. Stebbins has extensive trial and appellate experience over the last 14 years. His cases have been the subject of more than 10 reported decisions by the Supreme Court of Appeals of West Virginia, many in the area of insurance coverage disputes.
