Mr. Shin is a graduate of Northwestern University College of Arts and Science and Rutgers University School of Law. Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with Eiseman Levine Lehrhaupt & Kakoyiannis, Hoffman Finney & Sandel and Donovan Leisure Newton & Irvine, and was in-house counsel at Dezer Properties Company. Mr. Shin has extensive experience in handling real estate and financing matters in New York and throughout the United States, including, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial office buildings, shopping centers, apartment buildings and residential properties; commercial retail and office leasing; mortgage and commercial financing; commercial landlord/tenant disputes; commercial transactions; and corporate law. His clients include domestic and foreign institutional lenders, publicly held corporations, foreign government owned companies, a department of a foreign government, a foreign international trade association which represents eighty of the largest corporations in that country, real estate developers, consumer products manufacturers, retail businesses, commercial and residential condominiums, cooperative housing corporations and real estate management companies. Mr. Shin is also a lecturer on real estate transactions for Lorman Seminars.
