Our law firm was founded in 1997 by Joseph A. Curcillo, III and John R. Beinhaur. Since then, we have strived to personalize the practice of law. Ours is a welcoming law firm and we don't like to keep clients waiting for hours in our waiting room. When you call, our entire staff is ready to take messages and answer questions. You can be assured of having your phone calls returned promptly. We tend to form personal relationships with our clients through the course of our representation. Many remain friends of the firm long after our representation is complete.

Just because we are friendly with our clients does not mean we act the same way towards the opposing party. We are as aggressive as we need to be to represent your interests effectively. By staying focused on the end result, we can do the job for you. Located in the Colonial Park area, our practice is focused on the central Pennsylvania counties, such as Dauphin, Cumberland, Perry, Franklin, Snyder, Mifflin, Centre and York. However, clients are our priority, so if needed we will travel throughout Pennsylvania to represent your interests.
