Lawyer Overview

Shane Hanna is a member of Parsons Behle & Latimer's corporate and tax department. He concentrates his practice on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and general commercial law.

Mr. Hanna joined Parsons Behle & Latimer in November 2007.  Immediately prior to that, Shane spent over seven years as general counsel and an executive vice president of IKANO Communications, a private company providing Internet access and services.  As a member of executive management, Shane was responsible for all legal matters of the company, including several rounds of equity and debt funding and approximately 15 acquisitions.  Following law school, Shane had practiced law in Salt Lake City at a local law firm, specializing in securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.
