Lawyer Overview

Stephen J. Olsen concentrates his practice in estate planning, estate administration, varied business transactional matters, and related tax issues.  Mr. Olsen received his law degree, cum laude, from Villanova University.  He is currently enrolled in the Master of Laws in Taxation program at Villanova University.  Mr. Olsen received his undergraduate degree in economics, with honors, from Lycoming College, where he was a member of the scholars program. 

While in law school, Mr. Olsen was a law clerk for the West Chester firm of Rosenthal and Ganister, and a law clerk here at Gawthrop Greenwood. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Olsen was employed at Disc Makers where he assisted businesses, record labels and musicians in manufacturing compact discs. 

Mr. Olsen is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Chester County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Chester County Estate Planning Council.
