Bill Reil has practiced as a lawyer and a teacher for over 30 years. He has litigated more than 300 civil and criminal cases in state and federal courts in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Chester, Delaware, and Bucks counties. Mr. Reil is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He has a Master's Degree in mathematics and holds a Doctor of Laws. He has taught at the high school, college and university levels, including Villanova University and Temple University. His law practice has involved students seeking reinstatement, monetary and injunctive relief against schools and educational institutions. These actions include administrative hearings, litigation under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, complaints of sexual harassment, and lawsuits under the United States Civil Rights Act, as well as breach of contract and equitable relief.

Mr. Reil's representation of high school, college, graduate and professional students has dealt with issues of expulsion, plagiarism, violation of the student honor code, and allegations of cheating. He has also represented students in disciplinary actions and for violation of their due process rights. This can involve strategic consultation with the client, negotiation with administrators, representation at hearings and appeals, or a lawsuit against the school. His advice has been sought by students who have been treated unfairly and illegally by teachers and administrators. Bill Reil believes that his extensive experience as a trial attorney and as a teacher gives him valuable insight into helping students with their legal problems.
