Practice
Mr. Alexander's practice includes trial and appellate litigation and investigations. He currently serves on teams representing a medical device manufacturer in a patent appeal and a start-up software company in a contract dispute. He also helps to represent a client in a grand jury investigation. Mr. Alexander's pro bono work has included the successful representation of Samson Taiwo Dada in Dada v. Mukasey, 128 S. Ct. 2307 (2008).
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Alexander completed a clerkship with the Honorable Reena Raggi of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. While enrolled in the joint JD/MPP program at Harvard University, Mr. Alexander worked as an intern on anti-poverty initiatives for the Government of Peru and on WTO negotiations for the United States Trade Representative. He also served as a teaching fellow in constitutional law and economics at Harvard. Previously, he was a program officer with the Carolina Center for Public Service, supporting public service by the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
