It is extremely important to us that you clearly understand the criminal charges you're being faced with, the potential consequences, and the criminal process. We will take the time to explain anything which seems confusing, and will make ourselves as available as possible to answer your questions and concerns, even after hours. We understand that the criminal process can be disrupting to your personal life, your health, and your professional career. That's why we dedicate ourselves to vigorously defending you and providing quality criminal defense, while keeping you well informed and educated about the criminal proceedings.

Second, we strive to keep an open line of communication between our clients and the firm. We are firm believers that in building your defense in a criminal case, we need to work as partners with our clients. The trust between a lawyer and his client must be held in the strictest confidence to ensure the best possible defense to criminal charges. That is why we are always available on our 24 hour emergency line, available on weekends, and will strive to make ourselves available to you as far as is reasonable. Lack of communication between an attorney and his or her client, especially within a criminal case, is often the demise of the underlying case.

Lastly, expect to be handled with the utmost professionalism, with an eye not only on keeping you out of jail and minimizing the criminal penalties you could be faced with, but also with the awareness of how the criminal charges can affect other aspects of your life. Many of our clients are professionals and could face additional penalties affecting their professional licenses, such as chiropractors, doctors, lawyers, physical therapists, etc. Additionally, many crimes could have an effect on your driver's license, auto insurance, etc. We will do everything in your best interest not only in defending your criminal case, but with an awareness and knowledge of other potential consequences in your life.

We handle all criminal cases in State and Federal Court. We have the experience and knowledge to handle your case from investigation, arrest, through the criminal trial. We also handle criminal appeals, writs, professional and driver's license hearings related to a criminal case or investigation. Lastly, we also handle expungements, motions for new trial, and other post conviction work. We also have extensive training and experience in DUI defense, and continue to stay education on the ever changing laws and cases related to DUI defense and criminal defense.
