Lawyer Overview

Stephen L. Rossetti specializes in the defense of industry-wide toxic tort claims.  He has also represented companies and individuals in complex product liability, employment litigation, construction site accidents, and premise liability claims.  Mr. Rossetti serves as part of a national coordinating counsel team for several companies that manages toxic tort litigation throughout the United States.

Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone LLP, Mr. Rossetti worked as an associate at a Massachusetts law firm which handled construction and labor and employment litigation matters.  Mr. Rossetti was also associated with Boston law firms where his practice focused on insurance defense and product liability defense litigation.
