Lawyer Overview

Kerry L. Moore joined Cetrulo & Capone LLP as an associate with the Toxic Tort Litigation Group.   Since joining the Firm, Ms. Moore has expanded her practice to include the representation of clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions, including the negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, resolution of local environmental, zoning, and planning matters, and assisting lenders and borrowers in commercial lending transactions.  Ms. Moore's practice also includes probate, bankruptcy, and corporate law.

While in law school, Ms. Moore worked for Greater Boston Legal Services, where she provided free legal assistance in a variety of areas to clients age 65 and older.  Ms. Moore also worked for Community Catalyst, a non-profit organization in Boston, where she specialized in the area of nonprofit to for profit hospital conversions.  Just prior to graduation, Ms. Moore interned with the Honorable Margaret Hinkle, in the Third Criminal Session of the Suffolk County Superior Court.
