Mr. Sears is managing partner of Cetrulo & Capone LLP.

Mr. Sears specializes in corporate and business law, real estate commercial leasing and other transactions, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, contracts, finance, banking and business dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Cetrulo & Capone LLP, Mr. Sears joined a prominent Boston general practice firm, where he began as an Associate and ascended rapidly to the position of Partner.  Mr. Sears spent four years as Chairman of the Corporate Department, and eleven years as Managing Partner of that firm.  In 1993, he left that post to take an Of Counsel position in the Boston office of a renowned international firm that specializes in providing legal services to the energy, utilities, and insurance industries.

In addition to his legal achievements, Mr. Sears has also held positions as the CEO of a tobacco and agri-chemical company and Vice Chairman of a specialty mail order prescription pharmaceutical corporation.

For several years, Mr. Sears has offered his expertise to clients as an independent attorney and financial consultant.
