Lawyer Overview
Steve practices both transactional and litigation law in Foster Pepper’s Land Use and Environmental practice group. He has experience with federal, state, and local land use regulations and permitting processes and has represented both public and private clients, including many of Seattle’s major institutions. Steve has begun exploring ways to tailor his transactional practice to meet the unique needs of senior housing providers. His litigation experience includes matters before administrative tribunals, superior courts, and beyond. Steve also practices general litigation with Foster Pepper’s real estate practice group and transportation industry group.
