In-house Investigation Division

Since 1990 Finkelstein & Partners has had its own in-house accident investigation division which has proven to be a tremendous strength in evaluating potential automobile accident claims. Our investigation division employs 16 full-time investigators, 15 of whom are professionally trained law enforcement officers having graduated from the Police Academy.

Founded in 1959 by Howard S. Finkelstein, Finkelstein & Partners has grown from one office in Newburgh, NY to multiple offices in New York and New Jersey, with a staff of more than 30 attorneys and 50 of counsel attorneys.
