Kimberly N. Martin left a large international law firm to open Martin & Martin, LLP to focus on clients who require the high quality legal advice of a large law firm but with the advantage of reasonable hourly rates. She litigates on behalf of her clients as well as provides employment preventative counseling and training.

Thomas F. Martin relies on his decades of significant health care experience to provide his clients with substantial legal advice ranging from all areas of health care to business law to the criminal defense of persons with mental disabilities.

Kimberly and Tom are both members of the Georgia Bar but handle cases across the country through the affiliation of local counsel.
