- Defended client against trademark infringement, false designation of origin and dilution claims relating to replacement piano decals (Steinway v. Pierce Piano Atlas, S.D.N.Y. 2003).
- Represented factor in suit to recover approximately $2.5 Million on defaulted factoring agreement (Wells Fargo Century v. D.A.M. Clothing, N.Y. Co. Supreme Court, Comm. Div., 2006).
- Defended apparel marketer in $50 Million lawsuit for its alleged failure to adequately and successfully exploit licensed intellectual property (Sunday Players v. Kellwood, S.D.N.Y. 2005).
