Successfully defended client against trademark infringement, false designation of origin and dilution claims relating to replacement piano decals.

Successfully represented factor in suit to recover approximately $2.5 Million on defaulted factoring agreement. 

Defended apparel marketer in $50 Million lawsuit for its alleged failure to adequately and successfully exploit licensed intellectual property.
