Thomas C. Hardy is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP and a member of the General Commercial Litigation Practice.

Mr. Hardy has assisted clients in a range of complex litigation matters, including:

Mr. Hardy has a commitment to pro bono work. He has worked on Criminal Justice Act appeals to the Seventh Circuit, National Immigrant Justice Clinic asylum cases, and on copyright and other issues for pro bono clients through Lawyers for the Creative Arts.

Mr. Hardy received his J.D., cum laude, from Hastings College of the Law (2007), where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. He also served as an executive editor for The Constitutional Law Quarterly. He received his B.A. in history, with honors, from Washington University in St. Louis (1997).

Mr. Hardy is admitted to practice in Illinois and before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois and the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the Illinois State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
