He has broad experience covering the legal issues that this heavily regulated industry faces, ranging from product development and the issues relating to securing IP rights; entering development agreements and setting up clinical trials; advising on regulatory questions regarding marketing authorizations, manufacturing, and distribution and related agreements; to day-to-day operations, including regulation of health care marketing, issues of the public health care system, and product liability.
