Ms. Snyderman focuses her practice on litigation, with an emphasis on complex business litigation, banking, real estate and construction litigation.  In addition, Ms. Snyderman has experience in bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings in bankruptcy court.  Ms. Snyderman's clients include commercial and residential developers, contractors, suppliers, regional financial institutions, and small business owners.

• Represented and counseled contractors in construction lien law matters including following proper procedure for recording construction liens and foreclosing construction liens.
• Represented and counseled sellers in real estate transactions against claims arising under Johnson v. Davis for alleged failure to disclose latent property defects to the purchasers.
• Represented and counseled creditors in bankruptcy matters and adversary proceedings.
• Represented and counseled national petroleum company in lease dispute, where lessor withheld consent to an assignment of the lease of several property sites.
