Paul D. Hunt has been an active member of the California Bar for more than 20 years.  He focuses on real estate fraud, employment disputes, personal injury, intellectual property and general business litigation.  Mr. Hunt has completed numerous arbitrations, mediations, trials and appeals. His corporate clients include Sun Microsystems, Genentech, The Hartford Insurance Co., Aetna, and Prudential California Realty.

Mr. Hunt is a graduate of Columbia University and the University of San Francisco School of Law.  In addition to his experience as an attorney, Mr. Hunt was a founder of HCR Advisors, Inc., a commercial real estate investment advisory firm, and Legal Micro Consulting Group, a software development and systems integration consulting service.  He also acted as the principal manager of the Marin Bay Park Trust, a real estate development concern.

Mr. Hunt is dedicated to the idea that every client, who has become involved in a legal dispute or in litigation, is entitled to expect that his or her attorney will maintain complete focus upon the best possible result that the client can attain.  The client and the attorney must form a true partnership, where every strategic decision during litigation is discussed in depth, so that the case may be prosecuted or defended aggressively, but always in view of the most cost-effective results.

Mr. Hunt is admitted to practice before all California courts, the Northern District of California, the Central District of California and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Hunt is also actively involved in the community.  He is President of the Hergl Center Board of Directors, a nonprofit corporation serving the needs of the developmentally disabled.
