Law Firm Overview

Over 27 years ago, Bill Berenson formed his law firm, the Law Offices of William K. Berenson, and he has been a principal shareholder in his own law firm ever since.

Mr. Berenson is active and respected in the community.  One of the projects close to his heart is a special sponsorship of the Rufino Mendoza Elementary School through the Fort Worth Adopt-a-School Program.

Well known and respected by both trail lawyers and judges, Mr. Berenson also has extensive knowledge and the qualifications for attaining results for his clients.

Unlike the vast majority of lawyers who claim expertise in the courtroom, Mr. Berenson is certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of Texas as a personal injury trial law specialist.  This certification, obtained only after an additional specialized examination, extensive trial experience and recommendation by other trail lawyers and by trial judges, is by no means a routine accomplishment: less than 3% of all Texas lawyers possess this qualification.  He is a member of the American, Texas and Tarrant County Trial Lawyer's Associations, as well as the State Bar of Texas College.
