Lawyer Overview

MARK W. SILER is an associate in our Milwaukee office. His practice focuses on tax controversies, tax and business planning, real estate transactions and civil litigation. He is experienced in federal, state and local tax matters. These include property and sales and use tax controversies, property tax exemptions and various federal tax subjects.

Mr. Siler is a graduate of the University of Iowa (B.B.A., with highest distinction, with honors, 2001) and the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill School of Law (J.D., 2004), where he was a Chancellors' Scholar and an Articles and Notes Editor for the First Amendment Law Review.

He is a member of the State Bar of Wisconsin, the American and Milwaukee Bar Associations and the Milwaukee Young Lawyers Association.
