Founded in 2002, this firm strives to provide quality legal services throughout Kentucky. The Law Office of Marcus L. Vanover, P.S.C., offers services in several ateas of practice to best meet the needs of our clients. Whether serving a large corporation or an individual, we endeavor to provide personal service to each client to show that each case is as important to us as it is to them. Regardless of the claim or transaction involved, we will put all of our resources behind our clients to protect their interests and achieve their goals.

Since we practice in a small community, our practice covers a wide range to meet all of our client's needs. The attorneys and staff can assist in all manner of real estate services from sale and loan closings, to boundary line litigation and condemnation actions. We represent companies and individuals with issues of oil and gas law, from leases and rights-of-way to mineral ownership title searches. We also assist our clients with estate planning and estate administration matters, including drafting wills and trusts through administration of the probate proceedings.

When handling litigation matters, we try to be aggressive and proactive to meet our clients' needs. We like to drive the litigation, rather than wait and react to the opponents' actions, to work toward prompt resolution. This strategy can assist the client in reducing not only the financial strain, but the mental and emotional strain of being involved in a lawsuit. Our attorneys have handled a wide range of litigation matters covering personal injury and workers' compensation claims, business dissolution and contract enforcement claims. We also have extensive experience handling creditors' rights claims seeking collection of secured and unsecured claims, including foreclosures.

The attorneys here endeavor to stay on top of developing areas of the law to assist our clients. Through our continuing education efforts, we have begun assisting our business and estate clients with "exit planning". This practice will allow our small-business owners make arrangements for their retirement and continuation of their business investment, while exiting on their terms. This helps the client decide when to leave and to work out the financial terms of that exit. We understand small business. We are a small business.
